I was hoping I could do a double-chap post, as I was writing on this one and the following quite at the same time, but I barely got this finished. Please don't imagine that I forget about you readers or this fic, you're always on my mind and I yearn to write, but school has kept me busy this fall. Sorry, not an update. As usually I've been too busy with both work and school, so I'm just now able to touch the fic again. Oh well, a break always does good ^^

Actually this is an apology post. *deep bow* Many of you probably already know I'm always late with replies, but this time I've outdone myself. So sorry for not having answered yet after a ridiculously long time. *another deep bow*

It's finally time for break week, so I'm trying to squeeze in some writing time between all the homework.

Furthermore, I succeeded in crashing my one computer D: Luckily it wasn't the one I write on and I had everything backed up. But with my luck I got a virus on this one instead~ XD;; *dead*

The only real good thing that has happened to me this past month was when I met this japanese boy and showed him around in Helsinki for a week. ^^ He was so nice and funny. After he found out I was a Johnnys fan he said that practically everyone in Japan believes in the rumor that Jin and Kame fight and are cold towards each other and that's why Jin went to America. I didn't want to start arguing with him that I, and probably many more fangirls both in Europe and in Asia, are convinced that isn't the case. It more likely seems to be what JE jimusho wants us to believe happened.
And now that I'm on the topic, I happened to visit the akame_ community just at the right time and saw this scan of an article saying that they are lovers and that's why Jin went to America. Then just when I thought I'd show I can be an active member of the community and participate in the discussion the post had disappeared. Does anyone know why the post was deleted? Was the article real or a manip? If it was a real article then: best rumor ever <3

I tried to make it under a month, but failed utterly. ^^;; I wish I could blame my hectic life, but admitfully I'm late because these chapters are quite tough to write. I sometimes choose to ignore them for days. I have this picture of Kame I want to describe to you readers, but I feel like I don't always do that too well. Kame's phase right now is confusing for him and filled with ups and downs and it doesn't make very much sense to him. That's what I want to reflect. I felt this phase was needed in order to make Akame's relationship and their lives feel a bit more real. 'Being half-forced into bed with someone rarely leads to love and it's not something that can be forgotten about that easily either' is my thought behind this phase. These chapters drag on and move slowly forwards, with some steps back and then forward again, and it feels like this situation will never end and that's just what it's like for Kame too.

On another note, I'm beginning to have the rest of the story mostly done. There are still plenty of holes to fill, but as I've said before the ending is written - like it has been for years now. As the story is divided now the chapters will stretch to 84 chapters altogether (give or take a few).

Yay! Finncon & Animecon 2009 this weekend!! ^____^ And in Helsinki!
Cata and I are going. We were planning on making some outfits for it, but never really had the time. Our original plan was to buy something in Tokyo to wear. This year it's going to be half-cosplaying for us, as we'll wear the Uchi and Ryo colours on Saturday :Dv and for Sunday we'll try to be Tackey and Tsubasa Kamen/Yume monogatari style. All along we'll never take off the Akame pinky rings, of course <3
While on that topic: IS THERE REALLY AN AKAME KISSING PIC OUT THERE SOMEWHERE?! (Don't tell me it's the porn actors instead XD;) I'd love to see those kinds of rumors come true, but at least Kame-chan seemed to have sung happy bday for Jin on his radio show <33 And probably sung something else later on in Jin's bed =^^=

Sorry for the lack of updates. Been stuck at a few parts in the next chapter, so that's why it's taken me so long to get it done. ^^; Well, that and work.
